Under the studio name roughdrAftbooks, e makes artists' books, abstract collages, & surface patterns that merge & blur the boundaries of art, craft, design & poetry. She holds a BFA in graphic design from Moore College of Art & Design & an MFA in Creative Writing & Book Art from Mills College. For over 20 years e has worked as a print & web designer while also serving as a professor of design & book art in various college & university art departments. This is the second year e is teaching at QuiltCon.
