This quilt features scarves from an Italian fabric company who produced them to promote their new season’s colour ranges. Headers from the Swiss houses of Mettler and Fischbacher, also from the early nineties have been pieced together for the backing. The scarves were hand quilted before they were stitched onto the quilted background. Hand stitched embellishments on both the front and back of the quilt were added for texture and detail.
