Reflection doesn't always make us see clear. We may see a distorted version, for better or worse. Everyone’s reflection and lived experience is their own, with all its nuances. The improvisational composition is focused on figure and ground, value and color. Organically cut abstract shapes were arranged on the design wall to form a composition that gives the background as much presence as the foreground so that the two can play off each other’s reflections.
