(FCH031) Moonshot

I set myself an ambitious goal that I wasn’t sure I could achieve: make a modern quilt using defined colours and multiple interacting curves, neither of which I’d tried before. I designed a block with four curved pieces that combine to create a shape that’s reminiscent of a moon in orbit. The 16 unique blocks are arranged so each of the four curved pieces uses each colour only once in any row or column.
