This quilt was from a workshop with Daisy Aschehoug, who challenged us to select a traditional quilt made up of half-square triangles and replace them with drunkard’s path blocks. I made four blocks two of which were inverted to create this design. The colors remind me of a Maui sunset, and the curves to leaping humpbacks.
