Leasa is an Animation Artist by day, Modern Quilter by night. She holds a BFA in Animation from Laguna College of Art and Design. For over 17 years, Leasa has worked on shows such as The Simpsons, Futurama, and Rick and Morty. In 2012, Leasa fell in love with quilting and has carved her own little place in the quilting world, refusing to settle for just one style. She loves the community that quilting creates, and enjoys being playful in her quilts and labels. Leasa is most proud of her recent quilt, which hung in Quiltcon 2023 and was selected for the “Best of Quiltcon” traveling exhibition.
