In this relaxed and calming class, students will get a chance to slow down and practice mindful stitching, while also learning about and practice therapeutic techniques to increase well-being and unlock creativity. Together, we will explore the psychology of color and shape in order to compose a personal and expressive design. Students will create a unique mini-quilt using handwork techniques including embroidery and needle-turn applique.
