Required Supplies: - Courthouse Whimsy pattern linked below - fabric - for each block you will need 4 different fabrics - Each 20" block requires a 30" cut of each fabric OR precut jelly roll strips - thread - 50wt cotton in a matching color - neutral thread will be provided - ruler to check seam allowance - template plastic to cut centre triangle OR acrylic template - pins - 4.5" square acrylic ruler - Tape Measure - scissors - shared scissors will be provided but you may wish to have your own to maximize class time
Optional Supplies: - seam roller - 22" square batting or fleece to use as a design board The below items will be provided in the workshop room to share amongst students but you may want to bring your own to maximize class time: - Small rotary cutter - Small personal cutting mat
Prep Requirements: - precut fabric into 2.5" strips or use a jelly roll - make triangle template from template plastic or cardboard
