Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of botanically-inspired embroidery in this Dimensional Embroidery Sampler workshop! Students will create their own embroidery sampler with flowers, leaves, and vines in this class using embroidery stitches from four categories: basic, decorative line, isolated, and woven. In addition to learning these embroidery stitches, you will explore the beauty of incorporating beads and sequins with a variety of threads and fibers as you bring this floral hoop to life! Students will receive a pattern that can guide you, or you can go rogue and create as you learn the stitches. Nichole will walk you through how she chooses her color palettes and then curate the supplies that she uses in her embroidery. There will be a fair amount of gushing over beads and sequins as Nicole teaches you how to embellish your stitches with these elements. If you are new to embroidery, you will leave with a new skill and if you have embroidered in the past, you will enjoy combining the stitches to create a unique piece of fiber art!
