Required Supplies: - The Violet Backpack Pattern - Paper Pattern or PDF Pattern - Fabric: Please bring the following pieces quilted and cut out to class; Backpack Front, Backpack Back, Front Zipper Pocket, Zipper Strips, and Gusset Strip - Review pattern for the amounts and size of the items you will need below: --- Fusible Interfacing --- 2: Rectangle Rings --- 2: Strap Adjusters --- Zippers --- Handle webbing (decorative or Polypro) - Tube Turner (if using Polypro webbing) - Large Safety Pin (if using Polypro webbing) - Pattern Templates found on the last page of the pattern. - Small Ruler (3.5" x 18.5") Or something similar for measuring and making marks - shared rulers will also be provided - Favorite Marking Tool (Clover Chalk Pen (white) or Sewline Air Erasing are Kaitlyn’s favorite) - Seam Ripper - Wonder Clips - Pins - Thread to Match (Main, Lining, and Accent Fabrics) - Stiletto - Topstitch 90/14 needle

Prep Requirements: You will need to have all your fabric quilted prior to coming to class. Please have it all cut out as well. There are little labels included in the pattern. Pin those to each piece to keep yourself organized.
