Learn to design your own pieced blocks in EQ8! Work along with Bobbie as we create new, modern blocks from scratch and apply them to a quilt layout. Following step-by-step hands-on exercises, students will learn how to use the Worktables, tabs, and tools to create, modify, save, and customize your own blocks and quilts. Bobbie will also cover how the export tools in EQ8 allow you to take the design from computer to cutting table. Students will have a chance to explore their own block designs as well, plus Bobbie will have all the helpful tips to help avoid any pitfalls in the future! Students must bring their own laptop and power supply, with EQ8 installed and activated. A basic knowledge of piecing techniques is recommended. This is a no sew workshop.
