I crafted this vibrant shoal during the Shoal Sewalong with Nicholas Ball, creating each fish with a unique personality—romantic, adventurous, shy, even wild, in all shapes and sizes. To emphasize their movement through water, I quilted in wave patterns and added hand-stitched bubbles. I love how they come together harmoniously as one lively group.
