My inspiration for this quilt is the current state of our country. It seems the very fiber of our country is unraveling. The strength of our diversity has bound us together and made us strong. That strength has been replaced by divisiveness and hatred that is tearing us apart. My quilt illustrates our many differences, that are woven together to make our country strong, and the gaping holes we are seeing as society unravels.
