This design was created by playing with LEGO DOTS (colorful small flat tile shapes). The quilt is made up of 230, 1.25 inch fabric “tiles” - pieced together to represent the look of LEGO DOTS. The techniques used are a combination of hand appliqué (curved edges) and machine piecing (straight edges) & hand and machine quilting. The quilt back fabric was block printed by me using actual LEGO DOTS!
