Inspired by bold hues of Mexican and American Indian art around Tucson, Echoes of India - Kawandi #4 brings an improvisational twist to the classic log cabin design. After taking Irene Roderick’s Dancing with the Wall workshop I’ve embraced improv; I’m drawn to the free-form approach, letting color and pattern unfold naturally, without having an end product in mind. Each piece and stitch reflects my journey, where design evolves intuitively, with every choice guiding the next.
